Rather than continuously communicate updates, a resource catalog was developed so members of the Carrier Solution team could track all documents that might impact job performance.

Prior to the release of new phone queue system, an easy to read visually engaging graphic was requested to post outside
the team's work stations. ​

Top 15 Courses - eLearning

Leadership announced the top elearning courses for the LMS release. These modules were created using Articulate Rise and Storyline. All courses had a 2 month turn around time and were delivered asynchronously to fulfill learning gaps within teams. ​

Jeopardy - In-Person Training

As part of the Information Management System Rollout with Biologics there was a need to create interactive, engaging games to be used by classroom instructors. I came up with a Jeopardy game that could be utilized completely in PowerPoint.
